Join 2,000 of your closest friends running through immersive experiences on the streets of San Francisco. Just don’t get caught.

Journey was an annual game: one part blob tag, one part urban exploration, one part immersive theater.

2,000 people from all over the bay area come together in one location, then in a blink, they’re off, running around the city in a three mile radius looking for checkpoints with themed immersive experiences in service of the greater narrative of the game as a whole. But watch out, there are chasers who will catch you along your way. And if you’re caught, you’ll switch sides and start to chase runners yourself. So finish quickly before the city is swarming with chasers.

Michael has served as a member of the Board of Directors, a checkpoint designer, and as narrative team lead for Journey to the End of the Night
